In Gothenburg, allergy season meets Ghostbusters vibes - researchers from Göteborgs universitet are walking around with vacuum backpacks to collect pollen from stressed trees.

Why?

Because not all pollen is created equal.
 Some trees - especially those growing by roads or with little water - produce more allergens.

The goal? 🔍 To create better, more accurate pollen maps - so allergy sufferers know which areas to avoid.
