After my stories yesterday, my DMs basically confirmed it: Guldkortet is a hidden gem for a lot of residents.

So what is it?
Guldkortet = one pass that gives you access to multiple city-run facilities ( municipal sports centres, gyms and swimming halls). It’s meant to make it easy to train in different places without buying separate memberships.

What you get (at facilities that have it):
🏋️ Gym
🏊 Swimming halls
🧘 Group training
⛸️ Ice skating

Where it works:
Across 13 Göteborg’s municipal venues, for example places like Angered Arena, Lundbybadet and several other venues around the city. (Full list and details are on the city website)

How much it costs (adults):

📅 You can also pay upfront for different periods like 6 months or 12 months (and there are other options)

🧵 Let’s check the try-on haul after loosing 30+ kg 🤩

I lost 30+ kg in 2025. For over a year I didn’t buy anything new, because my size was changing almost month by month. My closet turned into huge trousers and plain oversized tees. Everything looked like a potato sack on me 😭 Which you’ve probably noticed.

This mellandagsrea was the moment to start refreshing my wardrobe. I still have a few kilos to lose, but changes won’t be that drastic now, so it finally makes sense to invest. This time, most picks are from New Yorker and Gina Tricot, and a couple pieces slipped in from the new collection at full price because they just worked.

Some tweaks are coming: Tomas will hem the trousers, and I’ll add accessories soon, especially belts (I’m officially out of space for new holes 😅).
