🎄 “Adult toys” named Christmas Gift of the Year 2025
 …but not the kind you think.

Every year, Sweden picks one official Christmas present that reflects the spirit of the times. From bread machines in the 80s to unisex perfume in 2024, the list shows how we live, shop and relax.

For 2025, HUI* chose the “adult toy”. 
That means toys bought by adults for themselves, not $ex toys. ✅ advanced building sets,
✅ detailed coloring books,
✅ collectibles made for grown-ups.

HUI says a growing share of toy sales now comes from adults, while fewer children are being born and the toy industry struggles.
 At the same time, the “kidult” trend and things like the Barbie movie show how many people turn to nostalgia and play when the world feels uncertain.
