Bad news. Svenska Kraftnät confirmed:
❌ No new electricity zones.
❌ No price relief for the south.

They claim changing the zones wouldn’t bring enough “economic benefit” - so the huge price gap between north and south stays...

 Systembolaget’s best-selling red wine, Grand Sud Merlot, was found to contain 220,000 nanograms per liter of TFA – a PFAS compound. That’s over 400 times the EU’s drinking water guideline for all PFAS combined.
But what is TFA?
 TFA (trifluoroacetic acid) is a highly persistent chemical formed when certain refrigerants, pesticides, and industrial PFAS break down. It’s water-soluble, spreads easily in the environment, and is toxic to aquatic life. Studies suggest it may disrupt hormone systems and harm reproduction, which is why Germany has proposed labeling it as a reproductive toxin.

🧪TFA wasn’t detected in wine at all before 1988. But since 2020? Levels are skyrocketing.

Experts warn: if it’s in grapes, it’s probably in everything else we eat that contains water.

⚠️ A Borås couple made a shocking discovery in their Estrella chips bag - five razor-sharp pieces of glass.

After hearing a crunch and pain while snacking in front of the TV, they emptied the entire bag and found multiple shards - including in the bowl their 3-year-old had eaten from.

They contacted Estrella and the store immediately, but haven’t received a response yet. 📩 The store has now removed the product from shelves.

Estrella says such incidents are extremely rare due to strict quality checks - but they can’t comment further until the product is sent in for analysis.

As a food safety engineer myself, this hits close. Sweden has high standards, but no system is 100% failproof. Always stay alert - especially when it comes to kids.
