🚨 Swedish politician wants a ban on “fighting dog” breeds after a deadly attack

A tragic case from April 2024 is back in the news. A woman in her mid-40s was attacked by her girlfriend’s powerful dog inside a home. The dog was later put down.

Now there’s an update: the dog owner, a woman in her mid-20s, has been charged with gross negligence causing another person’s death.

Prosecutors say she should have had better control over the dog and made sure the victim got medical help earlier.

After the recent prosecution news, MP Fredrik Kärrholm (Moderates) says Sweden should introduce: ✅ a total ban, or ✅ at least a permit requirement for certain dangerous dog breeds.

He says the dog’s strength made it impossible to stop the attack.

For over a decade I couldn’t even picture myself without my crazy-color hair. Like, my brain refused.
