Get ready for a true local tradition in Gothenburg! On Sunday, May 25th, 2025 – always held on Mother’s Day – the streets of Majorna will transform into one massive open-air flea market: Majornas Megaloppis.

From Stigbergstorget to Mariaplan, thousands of people join in to buy, sell, and connect. It’s one of Sweden’s largest flea markets, completely powered by the local community.

🧺 How it works:
Everyone is their own organizer. You simply bring a table or blanket, set up outside your building, and sell the things you no longer need. No registration. No fees. Just show up, set up, and enjoy the day!

🎉 Who can sell:
Private individuals only – this is a community-driven, non-commercial event. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, just reach out to the organizers.
