Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top/bottom).
Line the cake tin with baking paper on the bottom.
Line the cake pan with baking paper on the bottom.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
1 cup flour,
0,25 cup sugar,
1 cup bread crumbs,
1 sp baking powder
Pour half of the dry ingredients into the bottom of the springform pan and pat evenly.
Cut the apples into thick cubes and carefully line the cake pan - it can be quite a high layer.

Pour a small amount of honey or syrup, sprinkle generously with cinnamon (to taste, as much as you like).

Sprinkle the rest of the dry ingredients on top.
Cut the butter into thin slices and spread evenly over the top of the cake pan.

Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Notes
It tastes best when warm, but if it has already cooled down, you can put the cut piece in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds on maximum power.
