- 250 ml espresso coffee the stronger the better
- 500 g mascarpone
- 250 g ladyfingers
- 6 egg size M
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder to sprinkle on top
Makes: 0cm34 x 23cm rectangle, 6.5cm height
To make recipe more traditional, add some Amaretto to your espresso. I personally don't like taste of alcohol in my tiramisu so I don't add it.
